Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat well until everything is nicely combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Gradually add this dry mix to your buttery base, gently folding to keep the air in.
Add Chocolate and Peppermint
  1. Stir in the semi-sweet and white chocolate chips, along with the crushed peppermint candies.
Bake the Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and scoop out tablespoon-sized dough balls onto a lined baking sheet.
