Ingredients
  

Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup pink lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 drop pink food coloring optional
Whipped Cream Topping
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. In a pitcher, mix pink lemonade concentrate, cold water, and lemon zest. Stir well.
  3. Optional: Add a drop of pink food coloring for a vibrant hue.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice, pour in the pink lemonade mixture.
  5. Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Swirl or let float.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes before serving if desired for a frothier texture.

Notes

Customize with coconut cream, mint, or fruit purees. Chill tools for best whipping results.
