- Add the chopped cabbage and stir. Cook for a few minutes until it begins to wilt slightly.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and drop in the bay leaf.
Cooking
- Bring the pot to a gentle boil. Once bubbling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf before serving. Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
