- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon chunks, mixed berries, and halved cherries. Stir gently until the fruits are just mixed, taking care not to break the chunks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and fresh lemon juice until well combined, about 1 minute.

- Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing over the prepared fruit salad, using a spatula to gently toss and coat the fruits evenly in the dressing.

Notes
To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Consume within 2-3 days. Freezing is not recommended due to the high water content of watermelon.
