Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds at a time. Stir in between until the chocolate is smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  4. Melt the pink chocolate melts in a separate bowl using the same method as before.
  5. Drizzle the pink chocolate over the semi-sweet chocolate in a random pattern.
  6. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the two chocolates together for a beautiful marble effect.
  7. If you like, sprinkle some toppings like sprinkles on top.
  8. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
  9. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store your chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. It's best served at room temperature to enjoy the creamy texture. Experiment with different toppings such as nuts, dried fruit, or crushed candies for variety. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before adding the pink chocolate to avoid blending too much.
