- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, sliced almonds, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Mix together until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, poppy seeds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. Maximum freshness lasts up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended due to mayonnaise and yogurt.
