Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay one tortilla flat on your counter. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over it, leaving a little border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Scatter mini pepperoni or your chosen toppings across the cheese.
- Starting at one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
Baking
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Serving
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make it a family affair by inviting kids to help spread the sauce and choose toppings. Avoid overstuffing rolls to prevent bursting. Experiment with spices for extra flavor.
