Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and brown it until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle some olive oil in a baking dish and layer the beef mixture evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Patience when cooling will make serving easier. Can be customized with your choice of veggies or spices.
