  • 1 package tater tots The crunchy topping of the casserole.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential for seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and brown it until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle some olive oil in a baking dish and layer the beef mixture evenly in the dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
