Ingredients
  

Fresh Vegetables
  • 1 bunch Bok choy Cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 5 pieces Radishes Cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 2 pieces Purple carrots Cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces.
Fresh Fruits
  • 1 piece Guava Washed and sliced.
  • 1 piece Papaya Washed and sliced.
  • 1 piece Starfruit Washed and sliced.
Proteins and Snacks
  • 1 can Tinned fish Opened and placed in a bowl for serving.
  • 4 pieces Rolls For serving with the platter.
  • 4 pieces Potatoes Roasted until golden and crispy.
  • 12 pieces Chicken nuggets Cooked according to package instructions.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing a selection of raw vegetables. Clean and cut the bok choy, radishes, and purple carrots into bite-size pieces.
  2. For the fruits, wash and slice the guava, papaya, and starfruit.
  3. Open the tinned fish and place it in a bowl for easy serving.
  4. Cook the chicken nuggets following the instructions on the package.
  5. Roast potatoes in the oven until they are golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Once everything is ready, arrange the vegetables, fruits, tinned fish, rolls, chicken nuggets, and roasted potatoes on a large platter for everyone to taste.
  2. Serve the Taste Test Night platter in the center of the table. Let everyone serve themselves.

Notes

Choose a mix of colors for the vegetables and fruits to make the platter visually appealing. Ensure different textures are included by incorporating crunchy, soft, and creamy items. Provide dipping sauces or dressings on the side for extra flavor.
