Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes for easy wrapping.
- Take each slice of bacon and cut it into thirds.
- Wrap each chicken cube with one piece of bacon and secure it with a wooden pick.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and chili powder.
- Dredge each wrapped chicken piece in the sugar and spice mixture.
Cooking
- Prepare a rack and broiler pan by spraying them with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken on the rack in the broiler pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven. Pair with barbecue or ranch dipping sauce for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
