  • 12 Large strawberries Choose ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 12 pieces Pretzel sticks These add crunchy texture.
  • 1 cup Green candy melts Melt according to package instructions.
  • 12 Lollipop sticks Used as broom handles.
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate For drizzling over strawberries.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions, stirring gently until smooth.
  2. Dip the lower end of the pretzel sticks into the melted green candy, rolling to coat evenly, and place them on a parchment-lined tray to set.
  3. Gently insert a lollipop stick into the wider end of each strawberry, being careful not to split the fruit.
  4. Push the green-coated pretzel stick into the top of each strawberry to resemble broomsticks.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it artfully over each assembled broom.
  6. Allow the Strawberry Witch Brooms to set completely on the tray.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are dry before inserting lollipop sticks. Mix colors of candy melts for variety. Can be prepped a day ahead and stored in an airtight container.
