For the salad
  • 5 cups Fresh spinach Choose bright green leaves that are not wilting.
  • 1-2 cups Sliced strawberries Look for plump, firm berries without bruising.
  • 1 cup Diced avocado
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Toasted almonds Toast in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry balsamic vinaigrette Drizzle over the salad.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach and sliced strawberries.
  2. Add diced avocado, crumbled feta cheese, thinly sliced red onion, toasted almonds, and pistachios.
  3. Drizzle with strawberry balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately on chilled plates.
