  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette A homemade vinaigrette is recommended for freshness.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach and sliced strawberries. Toss gently until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with the balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently again to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature for best flavor. Can garnish with additional strawberries or microgreens. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and best eaten within 2-3 days.
