Salad Base
  • 3 cups Baby Spinach Fresh and organic recommended.
  • 3 cups Mixed Baby Greens Combine with spinach for texture.
  • 2 each Chicken Breasts (grilled and sliced, optional) Use grilled chicken for added protein.
  • 1 pint Strawberries (hulled and quartered) Fresh strawberries for sweetness.
  • ½ cup Blueberries (optional) Add for more color and flavor.
  • ¼ cup Pecans or Walnuts Chopped for crunch.
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese Or swap for goat cheese for variation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of baby spinach and 3 cups of mixed baby greens.
  2. Add the grilled chicken, quartered strawberries, and blueberries.
  3. Top the mixture with ¼ cup of pecans or walnuts and ¼ cup of feta cheese crumbles.
  4. Toss everything gently with your preferred Strawberry Balsamic Dressing until well coated.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Avoid sogginess by keeping dressing separate until serving. Use fresh herbs for garnish.
