- In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of fresh spinach, 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries, 3/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese, 1/2 cup of thinly sliced red onions, and 1/2 cup of toasted pecans. Mix gently to avoid crushing the berries.
- Drizzle the salad with 1/3 cup of homemade balsamic dressing. Toss gently to combine all ingredients without bruising the delicate fruits.
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
