Instructions
Start by adding the milk to the blender first to ensure a smooth blend.
Add the banana, frozen strawberries, protein powder, and yogurt or nut butter if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed and add more milk if it's too thick.
Taste the shake and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a dairy-free or vegan version, use plant-based protein powder, almond or oat milk, and coconut yogurt.
