  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana preferably frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or nut butter optional, for extra protein and creaminess
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional, for a thicker, colder shake

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the milk to the blender first to ensure a smooth blend.
  • Add the banana, frozen strawberries, protein powder, and yogurt or nut butter if using.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed and add more milk if it's too thick.
  • Taste the shake and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a dairy-free or vegan version, use plant-based protein powder, almond or oat milk, and coconut yogurt.
