Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and flatten slightly.
  7. Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with a teaspoon of strawberry jam.
Baking

Glazing
