Ingredients

Mocktail Base
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice about 2 limes
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
To Serve
  • ice cubes
  • lime wedges for garnish and rimming
  • strawberry slices for garnish
  • salt or sugar for rimming glasses

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mesh Sieve

Method

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the edge into salt or sugar to coat.
  2. Add strawberries, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: Strain the mixture through a mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  4. Stir in sparkling water or club soda gently to preserve fizz.
  5. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the mocktail, and garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a frozen version, use frozen strawberries or add crushed ice before blending. Make the base ahead and refrigerate up to a day—add soda just before serving for best fizz.
