- Add strawberries, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Optional: Strain the mixture through a mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Stir in sparkling water or club soda gently to preserve fizz.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the mocktail, and garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a frozen version, use frozen strawberries or add crushed ice before blending. Make the base ahead and refrigerate up to a day—add soda just before serving for best fizz.
