Preparation
- Open the can of pineapple and remove about 1/2 cup of the liquid.
- Stir together the Jello and pineapple in a large bowl.
- Stir in the sour cream and Cool Whip until well combined.
- Fold in the strawberries and mini marshmallows gently.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors blend.
Notes
Store leftover strawberry fluff in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Garnish with extra sliced strawberries or whipped cream before serving.
