Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box 3 ounce strawberry Jello
  • 1 can 20 ounce crushed pineapple Remove about 1/2 cup of the liquid
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt or cottage cheese) Greek yogurt can be used for richer flavor
  • 1 container 8 ounce Cool Whip Low-fat version can be used to reduce calories
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries Can be swapped for other fruits like peaches or bananas
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Can reduce amount for less sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Open the can of pineapple and remove about 1/2 cup of the liquid.
  2. Stir together the Jello and pineapple in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the sour cream and Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Fold in the strawberries and mini marshmallows gently.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors blend.

Notes

Store leftover strawberry fluff in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Garnish with extra sliced strawberries or whipped cream before serving.
