Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Layering
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chopped strawberries, and nuts evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan.
Make the Cake Batter
- Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to the box directions and pour the batter over the coconut and strawberries.
Make the Cream Cheese Swirl
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add the Swirl & Chips
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the top of the cake batter, swirl it in with a knife, and sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top.
Baking
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is mostly set. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for a better blend. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
