Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir melted butter, milk, and egg into the flour mixture until just incorporated.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the strawberry cheesecake mixture over the dough, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinch seams to seal, and cut into slices.
Baking
  1. Place slices in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven and cooled slightly, drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and milk.
