Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll dough instructions.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your cinnamon roll dough into a rectangular shape.
  3. Spread the melted butter generously over the dough.
  4. In a bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.
  5. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
  6. Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly away from you.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into equal parts (about 1 inch thick), and place them in a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake according to the dough instructions.
  2. While the rolls are baking, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Once the rolls are done, spread the frosting over the top while they are still warm.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries and allow your dough to rise until doubled in size. You can prepare these rolls the night before and bake them in the morning for a fresh treat.
