Preparation
- Cut the strip steaks into cubes.
- Cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion.
Cooking
- Heat a griddle over medium heat.
- Add the oil and add all the veggies to the griddle.
- Season the vegetables with Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning.
- Add the cubed steak to the griddle and season it with the same seasoning.
- Add the bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour about 1/4-1/2 cup of water on top.
- Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and let it cook for 3-5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender and cooked.
- Once the tortellini is cooked, quickly stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce.
- Remove the tortellini from the griddle.
- Stir the veggies and steak until both are cooked to your liking.
- Top the tortellini with the cooked veggies and steak.
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
Notes
For better flavor, use fresh vegetables. Adjust seasoning to taste. Consider adding red pepper flakes for heat.
