Steak and Veggie Tortellini

Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces strip steaks Cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil For cooking
  • 1 large onion Sliced
  • 1 large zucchini Cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes
  • 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water To help cook the tortellini
  • shredded Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning For seasoning the steak and vegetables

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the strip steaks into cubes.
  2. Cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion.
Cooking
  1. Heat a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Add the oil and add all the veggies to the griddle.
  3. Season the vegetables with Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning.
  4. Add the cubed steak to the griddle and season it with the same seasoning.
  5. Add the bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour about 1/4-1/2 cup of water on top.
  6. Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and let it cook for 3-5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender and cooked.
  7. Once the tortellini is cooked, quickly stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce.
  8. Remove the tortellini from the griddle.
  9. Stir the veggies and steak until both are cooked to your liking.
  10. Top the tortellini with the cooked veggies and steak.
  11. Add shredded Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!

Notes

For better flavor, use fresh vegetables. Adjust seasoning to taste. Consider adding red pepper flakes for heat.
