Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps

Ingredients
  

Cheese Base

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Spinach Dip Filling

  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped and sautéed
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Sauté chopped spinach in a skillet with a touch of oil until wilted. Cool slightly.
  • Mix spinach with cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  • On the baking sheet, place tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded cheese and flatten slightly.
  • Add a small spoonful of the spinach dip mixture to the center of each cheese mound and press gently.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Dry spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy centers. Use parchment or a silicone mat to prevent sticking. Try adding artichokes or bacon for variety!
