Preparation
- Remove the grapes from the vine and wash them thoroughly.
- Make sure the grapes are wet so the gelatin will stick.
- Place the gelatin powder on a plate or in a zip lock bag.
- If using a plate, roll the grapes into the powder to coat them. If using a bag, add a handful of grapes and shake until covered.
- Refrigerate the grapes for several hours. It’s best to lay them on a baking sheet uncovered to keep them crunchy.
Notes
Store any leftover Sour Patch Grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for about 2-3 days. It's best to enjoy them soon after making for the best texture and flavor.
