  • 2 lbs green grapes Washed thoroughly and dried
  • 6 oz lime Jello Can use any flavor of Jello

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the grapes from the vine and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Make sure the grapes are wet so the gelatin will stick.
  3. Place the gelatin powder on a plate or in a zip lock bag.
  4. If using a plate, roll the grapes into the powder to coat them. If using a bag, add a handful of grapes and shake until covered.
  5. Refrigerate the grapes for several hours. It’s best to lay them on a baking sheet uncovered to keep them crunchy.

Notes

Store any leftover Sour Patch Grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for about 2-3 days. It's best to enjoy them soon after making for the best texture and flavor.
