Ingredients
  

Spritzer Base
  • 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks seedless if possible
  • 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or honey to taste
For Serving
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • ice cubes as needed
  • mint leaves optional, for garnish
  • lime wedges or melon balls for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add watermelon chunks to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the watermelon juice with lime juice and sweetener. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  3. Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour the watermelon mixture halfway up each glass.
  4. Top each glass with club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.
  5. Garnish with mint, lime wedges, or melon balls. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Chill your ingredients beforehand for the best refreshment. Store leftover watermelon base in the fridge for up to 3 days. Avoid adding soda until just before serving.
