Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw frozen snow crab legs in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Rinse the legs under cold running water and pat dry.
Cooking
  1. For steaming, add a few inches of water to a pot, place in a steamer basket, and steam the legs for 5-7 minutes.
  2. For boiling, fill a large pot with salted water and boil the legs for 4-6 minutes.
  3. For baking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), arrange the legs on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. For grilling, brush the legs with olive oil and grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serving
  1. Serve snow crab legs hot with melted garlic butter and lemon wedges on the side.
