  • 4 slices American cheese Melted over patties
For the Tacos and Wraps
  • 4 taco shells Soft tortillas For tacos
  • 4 wraps Tortilla wraps For wraps
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion Diced
For the Secret Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Base of the sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Pickle relish For an extra tang

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet or grill over high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into balls and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place balls on the hot surface and smash with a spatula to create thin patties.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top to melt.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the tacos or wraps by placing the burger patty in the tortilla.
  2. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a drizzle of secret sauce.
