Main ingredients

  • 8 small flour tortillas For assembling the tacos

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the sauce. Set aside.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 4 portions and shape them into patties.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the tacos by placing a beef patty in each tortilla, and topping with the sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese if desired.

Notes
