  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas Warmed
  • 1 pound Ground beef Use high-fat for juicier burgers
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or pepper jack recommended
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions For topping
  • 1/2 cup Pickles For topping
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce For topping
For the Big Mac sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

Cooking Beef
  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, smashing it into patties and cooking until well-done.
Preparing Tortillas
  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan.
Making the Sauce
  1. Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Assembling Tacos
  1. Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked beef patty on a warmed tortilla, topping it with cheese, onions, pickles, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of the Big Mac sauce.
