Burgers and Assembly
  • 1 pound ground beef, 80/20 Juicy and flavorful fat content

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Make the Burger Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, dill pickles, and pickle juice. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into six equal-sized balls.
  3. Prep Your Station: Have tortillas, cheese, and toppings ready to avoid any chaos during cooking.
Cooking
  1. Heat the Griddle: Preheat a flat-top griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Smash those Burgers: Place beef balls on the griddle. Press down with a burger press to flatten, cooking them for about 40 seconds.
  3. Add Cheese & Tortillas: Flip each patty and top with cheese. Place tortillas on the griddle and close the lid for about 2 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Assemble: On each tortilla, place a patty, top with shredded lettuce, burger sauce, and pickles. Add any other desired toppings.
  2. Enjoy: Dig in and savor the delicious combination of flavors!

Notes

Use a hot griddle for better caramelization. Prepare toppings in advance for smoother cooking.
