Preparation
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Form the ground beef into four loose balls (about 4 oz each).
Cooking
- Place each ball on the hot surface and press down firmly to flatten to about half an inch thick. Cook without moving for about two minutes.
- Season each patty with salt and pepper, flip them, then add a slice of cheese on top. Cover briefly to melt.
- While the cheese melts, toast the burger buns on the grill.
Assembly
- Spread the Easy Secret Sauce on both halves of the buns, assemble the burgers, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve hot with crispy fries or a fresh salad. Add toppings like lettuce, tomato or pickles for extra crunch. Store leftover burgers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.
