Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding other spices like paprika or Italian seasoning while cooking. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet when cooking the chicken to ensure even cooking. If you like a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when adding the garlic. To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
