Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
