Assembling the Tacos
- Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave for about 15-20 seconds until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a few shrimp on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and a generous drizzle of cilantro lime cream.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
