Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Arrange kielbasa, bell peppers, onions, and sweet potatoes (if using) on the pan. Pour sauce over and toss to coat.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through until sausage is sizzling and veggies are tender.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra char.
Notes
Use pre-cooked kielbasa, and try swapping soy sauce with coconut aminos for gluten-free. Add pineapple or fresh herbs for variation. Make-ahead friendly and freezer-ready.
