Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Arrange kielbasa, bell peppers, onions, and sweet potatoes (if using) on the pan. Pour sauce over and toss to coat.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through until sausage is sizzling and veggies are tender.
  5. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra char.

Notes

Use pre-cooked kielbasa, and try swapping soy sauce with coconut aminos for gluten-free. Add pineapple or fresh herbs for variation. Make-ahead friendly and freezer-ready.
