Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and the milk until well combined.
- Add the Cool Whip, mint extract, and green food coloring to the bowl and stir until everything is mixed well.
- Pour the fluffy mixture into the premade graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate until the pie is completely set, about four hours or overnight.
Serving
- When ready to serve, add whipped cream on top and finish with a cherry.
Notes
Store leftovers covered in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the refrigerator for up to five days. For a richer flavor, use homemade whipped cream. If desired, add crushed Oreo cookies to the filling or substitute chocolate pudding for vanilla.
