Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, mild harissa, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the tahini and honey until smooth.
Serving
- Once the cauliflower is done roasting, drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
Notes
This dish is best served warm. Pairs nicely with grains like quinoa or couscous for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
