Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, mild harissa, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the tahini and honey until smooth.
Serving
  1. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!

Notes

This dish is best served warm. Pairs nicely with grains like quinoa or couscous for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
