  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Keep the lettuce crisp.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds flavor to the dressing.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • Optional: avocado, cheese, or croutons Add as desired.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce. Gently toss the ingredients together for even distribution.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.
