- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, rinsing them under cool water and removing tough outer leaves.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
Cooking
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the hot oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Drizzle molasses and lemon juice over the sautéed sprouts, stirring well to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.

Don’t crowd the pan for crispy texture. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust seasonings to taste.
