Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the sliced sausage, halved potatoes, green beans, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Pour the chicken broth over the mixture, then transfer everything to a large baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes to steam the vegetables.
Baking
- Remove the foil, stir the casserole, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and everything is heated through.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 5 minutes of baking and allow it to melt.
