  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed Fresh or frozen work well.
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Smoked paprika enhances flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season as preferred.
  • 1 cup chicken broth Use gluten-free broth if needed.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional) Sprinkle on top for extra richness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced sausage, halved potatoes, green beans, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture, then transfer everything to a large baking dish.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes to steam the vegetables.
Baking
  1. Remove the foil, stir the casserole, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and everything is heated through.
  2. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 5 minutes of baking and allow it to melt.
Serving

Notes
