Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs and cook the sausage until both are ready. Mix them together in a bowl.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the crescent dough.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end toward the narrow end.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

These breakfast roll-ups are best served warm right out of the oven. Pair them with a side of fruit or some hot coffee for a complete breakfast. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days and can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
