  • 1 Oven For baking the cheesecake.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs A crunchy base that adds texture and flavor.
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter Binds the crust together and adds richness.
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar Sweetens the cheesecake and enhances flavors.

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese The creamy base that gives the cheesecake its signature texture.
  • 1 cups Granulated sugar Sweetens the filling.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor profile.
  • 3 large Eggs Provides structure and helps set the cheesecake.
  • 1 cups Coconut flakes Adds a tropical flavor and chewy texture.
  • 0.5 cups Caramel sauce Drizzled on top for a sweet, indulgent finish.
  • 0.5 cups Chocolate chips Adds a rich chocolate flavor and a delightful contrast.

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of crushed graham crackers, ½ cup of melted butter, and ¼ cup of sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the Crust

  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool while you prepare the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat 24 oz of cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Add 3 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add Coconut and Caramel

  • Fold in 1 cup of sweetened shredded coconut and ½ cup of caramel sauce into the cheesecake mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Pour and Bake

  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour.

Chill the Cheesecake

  • Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Top with Chocolate and Caramel

  • Once chilled, drizzle additional caramel sauce and melted chocolate over the top. Sprinkle with extra toasted coconut for that finishing touch!

Slice and Serve

  • Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice your Samoa Cheesecake and serve it up to your eager guests. Enjoy every decadent bite!
