Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil, each around 12 inches long.
- Place one salmon fillet on each piece of foil and surround with trimmed asparagus.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Lay 2-3 slices of lemon atop each salmon fillet.
- Fold the foil tightly around each packet to seal them securely.
Cooking
- Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
- Carefully open the foil packs, being cautious of escaping steam.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
