Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, and milk until the cream cheese is broken up.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients: corned beef, sauerkraut, Worcestershire sauce, and Swiss cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased crock pot.
Cooking
- Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Alternatively, place the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot throughout.
Notes
Serve hot with toasted bread, crackers, or chips. For added flavor, consider diced green onions or garlic powder, or a few drops of hot sauce for some spice. This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
