Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the red bell peppers into star shapes using a cookie cutter.
  2. Slice cucumbers into rounds, about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on each whole grain cracker.
  5. Top each cracker with a cucumber slice, a few blueberries, and a star-shaped red bell pepper piece.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs to elevate the presentation.
  7. Arrange the crackers on a platter for serving.
