- Drop tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Baking
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until they spring back when touched.
- Allow to cool completely.
Filling Preparation
- For the filling, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of filling between two whoopie pie halves to create sandwiches.
