- Add oats, coconut, hemp seeds, and salt to the processor and grind until finely mixed.
- Add cashew butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract; blend until a dough forms.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the chopped white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries using your hands.
Shaping and Chilling
- Scoop the mixture and roll it into 26 balls.
- Place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- For an extra touch, drizzle melted white chocolate and crushed freeze-dried raspberries over the balls after chilling.
