Ingredients
  

Cocktail Ingredients
  • 2 oz tequila Choose a good quality blanco or reposado.
  • ½ oz orange liqueur Cointreau or triple sec works beautifully.
  • 1 oz lime juice Fresh-squeezed is best.
  • ½ oz raspberry syrup Homemade or store-bought works.
Garnish
  • to taste fresh raspberries or lime wedge For garnishing.

Method
 

Prepare the Glass
  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it in salt.
Shake It Up
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and raspberry syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain & Pour
  1. Strain the mixture into your chilled, prepared glass filled with ice.
Garnish with Joy
  1. Finish with fresh raspberries or a lime wedge on the rim.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best results. Adjust sweetness with raspberry syrup according to preference. Chill glasses before serving.
