  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, lower the heat and pour in the ranch dressing.
  4. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through, coating the chicken in the sauce.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. It will last in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days and can be frozen for 2-3 months. Marinating chicken in ranch dressing for a few hours enhances the flavor.
